Shadowman Powdercoating Billet Clamshell Vents

I've purchased a set of vents and asked John to send them to Shadowman for coating. I'm having trouble with the PM function for some reason and don't know how to get in contact with SM so if anyone can fill me in on the process for arranging payment and shipping post coating feel free to let me know.

I would like the factory white stripe color for my vents if the information is being gathered off of this thread.

So I have read the thread entirely. Unusual for me :wink but I haven't seen a response as to if the vents can be powder coated in the Blue that the White FGT's have on them.... is this a yes or a no? Is it a petunia or shadowman question....

Petunia and I chatted about this very issue as short time ago as such I opened another thread so that it can be used as a tool to tend only the final stages of this project.

Once I have a blue vent to present the company that creates the powder I can answer this; I suspect yes however I do not know what they will charge for the powder based on such a limited amount.

Regardless I will be glad to make best efforts as shared in the new thread and if the cost seems resonable move forward having them powder coated with my fall back posistion being to paint them.

Let me know your thoughts and I will proceed accordingly.

Maybe already asked but... why are you all switching from the OEM vents?

Awsum, some people are having warping problems. These billet pieces won't warp. Problem is, only a certain number of runs will be made by the shop, so order now, or forever hold your peace. No second chance on these.
