Pictures of my centerbolt wheel project

Is there a weight savings with this set up VS the light weight BBS wheels and 5 lug hubs? Inquiring minds want to know...:biggrin

These with a centerbolt = SWEET

That and tire changes during pit stops are much quicker, as if the looks aren't enough reason.

As long as I don´t spend more than half the time on this board than you, I think I´m in pretty good shape :wink:cheers

I think you should make a collective tread in the for sale area on all the wheels that will be available for us "non centerbolt guys" :wink

Good night and :cheers
Anders

Any chance your centerbolt kit will work with BBS racing wheels?

Like the one Matech is running, pictured here - http://www.matech-concepts.ch/e/index_e_constr_modeles.htm

Not likely. HRE has a few designs that are very similar though.

To answer the question about the weight vs. stock BBS wheels, it will depend on which wheel design you go with but all of HRE's wheels are designed with low rotating mass in mind. The difference if any is very small.
