I will say that some lifeguards have to do a lot more than just sit around checkin out the surf. I go to school close to the ocean (a block, maybe two away) and its not that rare to hear a lifeguard siren. They are like firemen in some respects.

Right now im leaning towards Cal... It seems like it has more prestige, and it would be easier to get in to a top business grad school (Stanford, Harvard, Wharton) with a degree from Cal vs USC. Gah! Decisions!
