Wrapped my yellow car.

Hey guys I just wanted to share my latest project. I had my yellow car at the detail shop and decided to wrap it in Xpel Stealth film to give it a different look. I felt I could always remove it in the future and at least this will protect the car well.

Does the stealth film give it a matte look?
 
FGT899 yes it does. I thought it would be a cool change for a while.
 
I think I like the flat look. Definitely changes it.

Does stealth mean you are invisible to radar/LIDAR? :cool:

Matt, Eddie and crew at DD , did a great job. Saw it at their BBQ a few weeks ago.
 
Looks great. First time I ever saw a matte paint job was at the Geneva Auto show about 8 years ago. A bright lime green Ferrari. Since then the matte finish has always appealed to me but never got one. Seems like having it done as a wrap makes more sense because it avoids the issue of rubbing through the finish when polishing out a small scratch.

And the best part about the wrap is that when you are tired of it, it can come right off!!
