I just noticed that every other rocker bolt on both sides is missing.

In the manual it shows that there should be "14 required" (page 501-03-7)

I took one out and their a Torx 27 M6x30mm (washer & dog point)
Happens to be I think the same as the 2 I need for the upper radiator shroud connection point thats currently on order.

Remember the round holes as per my pic are drain holes and not used.

So every other hole (same shape as bolt holes) is for drainage ...

Have you tried ordering them from the dealer?

Ive got a pack (4 in a pack) ordered but 2 of them are for the radiator shroud bolt down (thanks to Northwood GT for part #W705469S424)
Seems like another order will be needed.
Love to know what happened to the originals (assuming they ever got put in)

Please tell us what they cost.

I imagine that our friends at Ford parts charge a ridiculous amount for fasteners.

FWIW, I replaced all screws under car with equivalent in stainless. Boltdepot.com has pretty much anything you could want, at reasonable prices, quick shipping and good customer service. ( Non-stainless too. )

Bag the old ones for possible use at Pebble Beach in the future - a bolt number matching car.

I too replace many of the torx screws with standard hex head. They are much easier to use. If you replace with stainless, use blue loctite or some kind of lube or antisieze. Stainless is notorious for seizing solid.

i’m not 100% sure but I think originally years ago the dealership must’ve lost half a dozen of the Torx 27 x 25mm under body panel bolts and decided to take three from the side skirts on each side (Torx 30 x30mm) to replace the lost ones?
They located the stolen ones in the final three holes that are located near the airflow scoop section that crashes into the rear tire.
Also found out that the bolt that holds the radiator fan shroud (2 needed) is no longer being made but a M6X 30mm hex head is the spec

The photo of the single bolt is from the side skirt I took off the car

A packet of four of these bolts costs $18

I know years ago someone was offering complete underside screws
I got 2 of them
Glad I did. If you can’t find any thru the dealer net work . I’ll help you out with the few missing ones

Are the OEM bolts Torx or Torx+ ?

Their a Torx #30 head M6 x 30mm dog point
Doesnt come with the washer (weird it should) and the washers on the car are a weird size...ID is 7mm (.28 inch) and OD is 15.85mm (.62 inch) x 1.93mm (.07 inch) thick.
I found something pretty close on line but you have to buy 100 of them

I think they do have a part number for the "speciality" hardware all this stuffs considered but not asked dealer

I have recently discovered Ford uses a lot of Torx + which explains why my normal Torx bit fits but doesn’t seem fully engaged.

I bought these (might use them)
I liked the dog point tip for ease of install... little shorter by 2.5mm the stock
It would be nice to visually see the bolts better with this colour/size Vs the hard to see OE ones.
Might add a rubber washer as not to mark the panels as the washers is larger then the originals.

Fender bolt/washer combos work great. Caution, many combos have slightly cupped spring washers. Be sure to add a flat washer so the outer edge of the cupped washer does not cut into the composite GT part.
