I know we do threads like this occasionally and I thought now would be a good time. My FGT has skewed my view of all other cars naturally. :lol

Though I have the necessary SUV's I felt I needed to pick up something a little peppier to offset my GT withdrawal so I went SL55. How about the rest of you? You need something more out of your daily driver or is a "normal" car enough?

Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. Very quick. Great looking. Enough room for the kids and the dog. Good value. Made in America.

Seriously thinking about a Cadillac CTS-V. Only comes in RWD so not a daily driver in the winter where I live.

CL63 AMG Mercedes. Fast and sleek.

1996 dodge ram 2500 cummins diesel twin turbo makes a little over 720 rwhp work truck not so good looking but its clean and quick

I alternate my commute between my '04 Porsche C4S and my FGT. My commute includes a tollroad where speeds average around 70+ mph so it is a fun commute! The GT is much easier to drive in traffic than my '07 GT500 was. So far it is a great every other daily driver.

'Daily routine often requires a small p/u...so, my D.D. has been a p/u for a couple decades. Currently it's a stepside S-10.

If said p/u weren't a necessity, my D.D. these days would likely be an upgraded Camaro SS or a bone stock CTS-V Coupe.

Nothing special an 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid and a 2007 F150 for towing a few times each year and winter driving in NY.

When business dictates I drive a Ford F-250 4x4 but, most days drive my S65.

2007 Sliverado Diesel 4x4 and S550

if the weather is good i spin the wheel between these four:
- the FGT
- e39 M5
- '67 mustang
- '66 porsche

if the weather is iffy, or i need to worry about parking, the m5. lucky to be be living in the bay area with this weather. I'd go nuts if i couldnt drive my cars.

My office is 5 miles away, vehicle sits outside for 9 hours, busy office parking lot, use either of two SUV's, Lexus RX or Honda CRV, I'll take the GT or the NSX to the office on a real nice day when I know I'm leaving early and can get a "corner spot", and get home in enough time to clean off the day's crap from the car. I'm thinking of getting rid of the Lexus, just haven't decided what to replace it with, tired of the SUV's, but need something "practical" that I can easily get my mother in and out of (that's why the SUV's work so well). Going to give it some serious thought near term as instead of getting new tires on the Lexus, thinking of getting a "replacement" vehicle.
