Ouch! That's painful to see.

I think the one in Equador is salvagable, but the one from San Dimas looks like a parts car now, and not too many functional parts, either.

i agree enzo
very painful, but one less make ours rarer !!!!!

Yours truly had driven the ditched silver car prior to that incident.

Hope driver #2 is ok. Looks like the car held up pretty well from a very hard hit, but at that angle it's easy to crack your head pretty good on impact. Accidents suck.

if nothing else, maybe those massive "A" pillars saved him ????

Anyone care to speculate whether the lack of any computer driving aids (traction, stability, etc.) is leading (or will lead) to more accidents.

I doubt it. You have to be driving like a real bonehead on the street to crash it. Of course, accidents happen to even the most careful of drivers, but the GT is exceptionally stable and predictable for it's power. Ask many of our Gen II Viper owning friends what a car that will really bite you if you don't pay full respect is like. The chassis is underwhelmed by the stock power.

Sam I'm staying away from your car now that it's 2 GT's rarer! :biggrin
