Still nice to see, I ran accross this pic of a GT cut down the middle for a display. New meaning to kit car. Wonder who has the other half?

Belize, this a display that Ford has for auto shows. I saw it in Chicago two years ago. It is, as you say, two halves of a car. The other half is probably there, you just don't see it in the photo.

Since the car is out of production, wonder if that would be for sale? make a nice wall hanging in the work shop

Ford GT Cut-away Display

Here's a picture of the GT cut-away display used at auto shows. I have seen it a couple
times in the Detroit area, at the new-car show and the hot-rod show at Cobo Hall.

The display is in two halves, and on one half the rear end components are exposed, on the
other side, the front end components are exposed. Additional pictures are in my Gallery.

I bought this FIA Cobra cut-away a couple years ago (shown here still on display at the Volo Museum).

damn man the GT500 is already fast as hell and plus they have the twin turbo!!! damn man i wish i could afford a GT500
