This is in response to some chats I had with folks at VIR for the Rally.
Many of you were unsure if your GT or other collector car used on Track was covered by your insurance company (whether a specialist like us or a standard carrier). I have done some research and here are some options for those whose policies will not cover track or driver ed:
This program with Lockton seems to be very good - but with anything as high risk as Track Coverage whether timed, non-timed, driver ed - you will pay a good premium.

However, IMO if you have a 6 figure car it is well worth it. Like a DUI, taxi ride might be $20-$60, lawyer etc would cost you $1500 and up.
