Let's see em. I know Chip has some Hollywood showdown quality pieces.

No thanks. In Illinois, you must have a current FOID (firearms owners ID) or they can take them away. Now I'm not saying I have any firearms, but might be risky if the Fed and State officials are watching and you're not in compliance.

Let's see em if you are in compliance with all local and federal laws :lol

And remember, they don't have to be pics of YOURS - they can be pics of yur neighbor's...or yur brother's ...or ... :biggrin

(WhatEVER happen to: "Congress shall pass NO law..."?)

Not exactly what you are looking for, but here is a photo of a rare German Feinwerkbau Running Target airgun. These guns were previously used in the Olympics. Because of the strict firearms restrictions in Europe, European airguns have been developed to a level unheard of in this country-walnut stocks, the finest blued steel and all day, one hole accuracy. Truly works of art. While I wouldn't trade any of my firearms for an airgun, no collection is complete without at least one of these.

Now the speed limit laws in Illinois are starting to make some sense - The Peoples Republic of Illinois :eek

Ok, lets get some real hardware up here.

The pistol is a Springfield Arms XD 45 compact. cool thing about it is it has extended mags so it fits like a large frame hand gun. Bought 4 of those mags with it.

Second is the socom II with a Vltor stock and optics. Its a stock photo but mine is exactly the same ... called the counter-sniper version.

The shotguns are in the closet ... mossberg 590 12 ga. and a winchester 12 ga guess what model. :biggrin

Steve- that is one nice rifle. Is that .223 or .308 ? I don' know too much about them.

Btw- I shoot pellet guns and agree with Sinovac. There are some airguns that are absolutely works of art. At the range many a free lunch has been won by my FX and Anschutz pellet guns. Split a horse hair at 38 yards for a Roast pig once. If you guys have never tried a true quality airgun I highly recommend it.

Its a 308. basically its a m-14 with a collapsible stock and variable optics. Good in low light and rain. The stock is not factory but an after-market from vltor same as they use in the SF units deployed now. the stock is really light weight. so the rifle can be used for CQB or sniping. basically a jack of all trades rifle.

Beautiful--

Here are a couple I have at the house:

Sig 9mm P226

Beretta 12guage Extreem

I have a really cool supressed 308 and an AK at the ranch. I'll have to get a few shots of them the next time I am down there.

Too bad in the Peoples Republic of CA many of these guns are illegal. Very few semi-auto rifles with detachable magazines are allowed, unless they don't have any "evil" features like flash hiders, thumbhole stock, or pistol grip. No magazines with more than 10 rounds are allowed at all. The other states have all the fun!

I take great pride in the fact that ALL of my guns are illegal in California!!!! :biggrin

I only have the legal type, but don't want to advertise. CA has a history of making what is legal today, illegal in the future! Kind of like how Bill Clinton raised income taxes and made it retroactive to income made before the law was past. What ever happened to ex post facto laws being invalid. It doesn't seem to apply to the tax code or CA gun laws.

Ex post facto laws are prohibited in federal law by Article I, section 9 of the U.S. Constitution and in state law by section 10. Over the years, when deciding ex post facto cases, the United States Supreme Court has referred repeatedly to its ruling in the Calder v. Bull case of 1798, in which Justice Chase established four categories of unconstitutional ex post facto laws.

I have a sling shot

If I had any guns, the very last place I would brag about them is on the internet.
Reminds me of 'what's in your garage thread'

Who cares? They're legal and locked in a safe. It's not like a Ferrari. You can get a gun cheap on the street, and people that are going to use weapons for no good usually buy them there.
