Thank you for letting me attend your rally

Hi everyone. My name is Rich Truesdell and I attended your rally yesterday as Dennis Keck's navigator. Dennis can probably tell you a story or two about me and some of my Ford GT adventures, especially as a Contributing Editor to Sports Car International, Winding Road, Octane (UK), and Supercar (Romania). As someone who has put over 5,000 miles on various Ford GT press cars, I was really glad to see owners out actually driving their cars and letting others share in your good fortune in owning one of the finest cars on the planet.

I took some photos yesterday of the rally for some event coverage I'm planning to run in my new online-only magazine Automotive Traveler. We have a deadline coming up in about a week and I wanted to see if anyone here is interested in contributing about 400 words on yesterday's event and help in captioning the photos I've just posted at:

I am shooting in a studio in Fullerton on Tuesday so if you've thought about having your car shot in a studio, this would be a way to accomplish that goal and not have to cover the cost of a full day's studio rental; I can shoot a car in about three hours.

I hope to participate in the rally. Problem is that I think it's the same time frame as Hot August Nights in Reno and then I will probably head right to Europe for the month.

Richard, registration for Hot August Nights doesn't actually start until Monday August 6 (at the Hyatt) - so technically you should be able to attend some of the Newport Beach happenings before heading to Reno. I'll be at Reno also with my 70 BOSS 302 as cars newer than '75 are not allowed into the party.

Larry, the "unofficial" party starts Friday night August 3 but registration and the "official" party starts on Monday August 6 and goes through August 12. Thousands will be in Reno on Saturday August 4 to set up camp.

I am just finishing up the event coverage on the June 16th Ford GT Rally and need a little help in filling in a few blanks to properly attribute the story and to caption the images.

First, what are the names of the two GTX-1 owners who participated in the event? I have good shots of both cars and would like to mention both in the article.

Second, what was the name of the host of the lunch? I would like to mention him as well.

Third, what is the actual name of the organizer of the August event. I'd like to include a link.
