Supercharger oil leak

My GT has been leaking supercharger oil ever since we put on a 15psi pulley, Accufab x, and the sct tune. It has that mist on the rear window and small pools of oil on the intake manifold as has been described on here before. The dealer that did the install (Tasca Ford in RI) says its because theres too much boost (which obviously isnt true- 15psi is very conservative compared to most pullied GTs) and that it might be because we dont have the Ford racing headers (no idea why they would say that). They ordered the gasket for the snout and said we might need to go to a bigger pulley (??? no thanks). It doesnt seem like they have any idea of what theyre talking about. Anyone know what the problem might be?
Thanks

On Kenny Bells site he claims that the supercharger is not vented and that heat causes pressure to build up blowing out the seals. If it is true that the supercharger doesn't have any vents the explaination sounds reasonable. Kenny Bells sells a supercharge snout with a vent in the center of the shaft to solve the problem.

More boost = more heat = more pressure = blown seal?

There seems to be a lot of people on the board that did this mod, are there other people experiencing this problem with the oil? Maybe they didn't seal the blower properly when reinstalling it after changing the pulley? Did they replace the gasket or re-use the same one?

Supercharger

ETW,
My supercharger had a small pool of very thin oil under the snout. I got some spray on the window as well. Ford replaced the entire supercharger under the warranty. Ford did send someone to inspect it before they replaced it. I would not accept a replacement on the seals only. Since mine and others failed with the stock pulley I think you will find the defect was in the original assembly. Mine is an 06 VIN 0314. You may want to see if the others that failed were in the same range.

Blackice- I see why you would say that, but theres tons and tons of cars running 16+psi pullies with no problems so I dont see why mine would immeadiatly leak from 15. I'll take a look at the KB snout

Jamie- They re used the same gaskets

Tungsten- Good to know. Mine is a late build 06 so its not really close to your 0314.
