Has anyone had this happen after the recall of the software was performed? I noticed this after it sits for 24 hours in the down mode the spoiler floats up a bit. I suspect the software update relieves hydraulic pressure and whats left is not enough to hold it down without the engine running. It goes flush when you crank it up.
antad. If the spoiler is left up, it ends up in the full aero brake position.

good thing it didn't open all the way up... it may hit the metal framing of the back wall

mine has been down for long periods and never noticed that happening
Only started after the reflashing of the software recall.
