Well, I always love the info you guys put up. rather it be about our cars or completely off of the subject.... So this post is completely off of the subject... It is about this movie at this link..... http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/ If you honestly have 2 hours and maybe have a little conspiracy theory in ya (or don't) but are fascinated by truths untold or rubish... check it out... I'll warn you now.... starts of slow with RELIGION/s and explains it... then goes through 9/11 and the Federal Reserve.... I'm educated but not that educated so just your opinions would be appreciated here... It would help me to round out my opinion about some things that I'm all ready pretty opinionated about...:bored:eek

What is truly funny though is that it comes full circle and explains the demise of our education in this country... which was a hot thread last week here...

I will go comment on it so that it is right above/under/near this one..

Watched it about a month ago.....started watching and said to myself I'd only watch 5 minutes.....then 15.....then only part 1, then part 2.....then I had to see it through to part 3.

I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist but the movie was well done and captivating....Some things based clearly on fact, others theory. The part about the federal reserve was the most interesting to me, I had no idea about that fiasco, very disappointing. I left not believing everything but definitely feeling more aware about somethings......but enjoyed watching the entire movie.

Another interesting movie you can watch online is America: Freedom To Fascism. It goes a bit further into the Fed issue.

I much prefer watching 'conspiracy' movies when there are real facts and stories that the media types just sweep under the rug, and nobody seems to be accountable... Waco TX... Janet Reno, Hillary Clinton anybody?

Unfortunately, yes I can... I'm not saying that I'm a believer of this video.... But I am a realistic individual.... and prior to this, my "common sense" never allowed me to really make a solid descision in regards to religion and/or our political realm if you will.... And I don't look at it as a conspiracy but rather and idea that has seemed to work....

I do believe our country is run by Big Money
I do not believe Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK
I do believe that if there is a God, then this is our hell and we're judged as how we do down here before we meet our "maker"
I do believe in life elsewhere(aliens:eek) (our government doesn't)
I'm obviously on the fence here but I will say that what the movies states is possible.... rather its true or not...... well....

It is true, check out the facts yourself there is no agenda here other than watch out for big brother, something thats been taught to us since we were kids. I think anyone that follows world events and the lies and deceit that regularly comes from our government could easily come to that conclusion. I don't think anything in that video concerning police state and loss of rights is an exaggeration in any way and has been heading that way for some time and has been in high gear since 9/11. Coincedence? maybe, maybe not. Maybe its time that we wake up as americans and make sure we are able to maintain the rights we still currently have and pay attention to what our government doing and making sure our rights are not infringed upon.

I once saw a professor reading a book titled "Praying to the aliens" What kind of people do we have teaching our children?

Be wary of big government, yes...

what is more logical... that a huge gov. coverup to the likes of what the 911 conspiracy guys say... how many would have to be in on it? what about my friends who saw freaking planes crash into the pentagon and their friends died? etc. etc.

or that what the evidence actually points to as being true? There are so many sheeple out there who cannot think for themselves... and will believe that a building cannot possibly fall at the same rate as gravity from 110 stories up because a amateur movie maker says so.

I wonder the same things about the masses of people who read DaVinci code and believed it to be true.

for a 1000 year old conspiracy to work, how many would have to be in on it while not telling others? those numbers simply don't add up in my logical mind.

I had friends parish and I had friends with the DEA and NYFD who help extracate people from those ruins as well.... Believe it or not, they have different opinions too.... Opinions from what a movie says, opinions from what the news says and their very own opinions..... Once again, let me point out that I'm not a 100% believer of this movie but as stated before, it does reinforce certain opinions and leave me still, to question others.

Do you think the peolple that witnessed the Assasination of JFK and were actually there (as our friends in NY) believe what the government told them about the assasination.... I mean, they viewed a trajedy as well....
