A Special thanks goes out to Bony / DBK / Camillo / Jeff / Brian / Petunia and everyone else in attendance this year.

The dinner was fantastic and the chance of a lifetime for me to hang out with the great guys from this forum was endlessly gratifying. Being my first trip out to Vegas this made it really special to Leslie and I.

This was a highlight as well :

I can't wait for the next event !!

Looks like a great time! As usual, thanks for posting the pix Bony. :thumbsup Is there a story behind that glittery silver Mercedes? Seems an odd choice to put in there. If I recall correctly, there was also something similar to that at SEMA last year. Quite a mixture of cars & parts!

And...I'm impressed! I think last year there were two 1/2 naked female model shots for every car picture. This year there seem to be quite a few more cars caught on camera than girls. You even managed to get a sexy guy (hope I'm not embarrassing you Brian :wink) to pose with the CC brake rotors. :banana :cheers :banana

Any pix from the GT lunch &/or dinner?

MJ

Yeah, I had to fight with Storm Cat to keep his clothes on, he just wanted to vogue for my camera in his boxers... :)

Damn Bony, how long did it take you to load up all those pics?

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the pictures. The black and gray 1971 Challenger and 1949 Cadillac Sedanette are two cars created by ROb Ida, Bob's son, for SEMA and customers. Here is the URL of the first picture: http://images.kodakgallery.com/servlet/Images/photos4453/2/27/88/77/13/9/913778827207_0_BG.jpg

Dave!
Those two Ida cars where both stunning! Great craftsmanship!
Saw the name Ida, but head up rectum disease and did not make the connection.
Cheers,
Daniel

MJ, the sparkley Mercedes was dubbed something like "the million dollar Mercedes". It is totally covered with crystals, even the exhaust tips. IMO, they ruined a perfectly good SL600... the car is obnoxious.

They are always at SEMA with some type of concept vehicle. These two are actuall cars built for specific customers.

In the past they have done several concept vehicles for Ford, Really first class work. All done in house. Wheels, intakes, suspensions, etc. all done on their own CNC unit by Bob. Rob does the concept, design, assembly, paint, etc.

Thanks Bony for a great evening. Great food and friendship. It was good to see there really is a Mrs Bony, who is a very pretty woman. You must have been handsome in your youth :banana:willy:banana

Da word is...
Pimp daddy!

Kirby!
Thanks, she is far sighted!
Mrs. Kirby must be a stunner, since Kirby Jr. Sure as hell doesn't get his handsome looks from his old man ;)

It was a pleasant evening!
See you soon!
God bless America,
Daniel

Damn Bony! Your photo shoot is like a Snoop Dogg video....NOPI girls gone wild. Love the Superformance Gulf car. They are actually coming out with a extended foot well version for tall guys like me. I actually can fit in one with a helmet on if the seat padding is thinned plus the bubble. Lots of HP with the Rousch stacked FI with the car at 2400 lbs. Am seriously contemplating a Gulf GT (if I can find a low miles used one) or I'll go for the replicar.

It was great to see some old GT brothers and meet some new ones !!! Torrie I'm going to hold you to the promise of the ride in your TT beast. It was great to me you and Tony's better halves as well.
This was my first anniversary of meeting some of the GT guys. It's always a great time to hang out with you guys..
Thanks Bony you're the best !!!! It was nice to meet Mrs Bony as well !! :thumbsup

Why yes I do !

Hat's off to a couple that can drive 32 hours coast to coast for a GT Dinner, and arrive relaxed, friendly, and happy.

Pleasure meeting you Torrie and your wife Leslie.

Have a fun trip back in the SRT-8.

Thanks Bony for setting up the lovely dinner. Fun to meet old GT Friends and make some new ones also. I need to get around to posting some Wheel and Tire Rep pics...
