Looks like a nice warm RV ... Don't get out! ... says this Florida native! 🥶

4 day journey arrived in Michigan looking forward to meeting Rich tomorrow morning and getting that heavy bulky exhaust removed and hearing the X Pipe allowing this magnificent car breath

We installed Rich's X-pipe a few years ago. Very happy with the sound!

A trip well worth taking words can’t describe, my06 Tungsten is very special to me and I know it’s in the best of hands here can’t wait to return to sunny and warm California and let the neighborhood hear what a GT is supposed to sound like. and knowing that a complete service and inspection has been done by the best I’ll drive with confidence.

How long are you there? I talked to Rich Friday about bringing mine to him but decided that I would wait until late spring or early summer. I’ve got a laundry list of things that I know he needs to look at including a thousand rock chips and a Macintosh stereo that won’t play out of the driver’s side speakers much. I’m sure there are lots of other things but I couldn’t give up the car so soon! My 19yr old and I took it for a 100 mile drive today, such a smile every time and everyone looses their mind at 4 way stops…I pretty much just go every time now as everyone seems to want to hear it run through the intersection.

I’m hoping to stay till Thursday if all goes well mine has 10,000 miles of neglect now so this is a great opportunity to get everything and anything needed done.

I’m likely preaching to the choir here but make sure you spend half a day at the Ford Museum. So much cool stuff there!

Ford Museum on my must see list tomorrow for sure

And Many Many more. Plan for lunch.

Also see the Rouge River F150 assembly plant. The multimedia presentation there is the best I have seen/heard/felt.

Before and after with XPipe installation who needs the stereo options with this symphony playing behind you can’t wait for the first drive

Ford Museum on my must see list tomorrow for sure
Roush museum in Plymouth
Gilmore in Hickory Corners
Vinsetta's Garage restaurant on Woodward.

I had forgotten how ugly the stock muffler is.

Pipe looks great!

Rich installed Ford Performance Racing Headers for me, and I daresay it's probably a bit louder.

But we gotta enjoy those V-8 sounds while we can!

Envy your ability to enjoy those sounds in CA when you get back. Still have to wait for Spring here. Still start it up and listen every once in a while. In fact, I think I'll go and do that now.

Henry Ford Museum is amazing and a great burger at the Ford Garage weather in Michigan is fantastic headed home to rainy California in a few days definitely in Ford Country driving around here it’s the best love the Blue Oval
