I just got a call from the Ritz-Carlton telling me that they are overbooked and they will not honor the reservation that i made on March 14th for wed and thursday night.They are putting us in a Hyatt Regency 2 mi away,got to love it!

The Hyatt is only about 1/2 mile away. Just keep saying no until they get through the litany of guests at the hotel...

I stayed at the Hyatt last night. It was very comfortable and to their usual standards. It's less than a 10 minute walk and they have a shuttle if you don't need the exercise. You'll be fine at the Hyatt.
