An officer pulled this guy over for excessive speed and asked him why he didn't stop right away.
The guy asked the officer to please not give him a ticket.
The officer said, "If you can give me a good reason, I just might consider it."
The guy said, "Well I just got divorced and I thought you were the officer my wife remarried and you were trying to give her back."
The officer let him go.
