Frank, of course we're coming! We've made reservation at Greenbriar and patiently waiting for more info on the Drury. Thanks to you and Dave for putting this together.
 
Sorry guys, having a little trouble making the correct contacts with the Drury. They gave me a fax number instead of a phone number. Should have it worked out this week. We need 10 rooms to get a discount and book as a group. Frank

Gary, the Greenbrier is on the way to the Rally in West VA, about 630- miles from St. Louis. This will be our stopping over place for the night before we go on to the Rally in Raleigh at the Umstead. Quite the long drive from St. Louis to Raleigh, so we're breaking it up into 2 segments.
 
Info on Drury Motel in O'Fallon, IL

I finally talked to the right people at the Drury main office. Here's the deal.
We need to reserve 10 rooms to get the discount. Rates would be:
King bed - $105/night
2 Queens - $100/night

This is about $35/night off the regular rate. They have free wireless internet, free breakfast, and something new, free hot snacks and drinks every evening (different snack every evening).

I need to let them know by the end of June if we will reserve for Sunday, September 26th.

I'm kind of waiting for the LeMans boys to get back since I think some of them will be involved. Anyone interested, please post here so I can confirm we will have the required numbers. I will then put a confirmed by your name in the first post of this thread.

Hey Frank-
Would you mind posting up your proposed highway routes from your Illinois departure point to the Greenbrier? And then from the Greenbrier on down to Raleigh/Durham. That will help us straglers join up with your caravan as you proceed to Rally V.

Yes, it's really, really hard, but I'm sure an engineer such as yourself can follow it. I-64 all the way from my house to Raleigh. More to come.

Frank, According to MY map, I-64 does not go from St. Louis to Raleigh. I have highlighted the interstate in green in the map above.
I really hope to see you at the rally, but your "really, really hard" chosen course will not get you or your convoy to the hotel or VIR.
Hey even a proctologist could see that....without a microscope.

I have set up the hotel near my house. We have ten rooms , but they will accept more until the hotel is booked up.
Rates: 2 queen beds-$99.95, 1 king bed-$104.95. This does not include tax.
