For those who will be transporting their GT's to Austin are more than welcome to have your cars dropped at my facility. I am 12K sqft with 24/7 video surveillance inside and out. For those trailering in I will have room for storage if the trailer is under 24'. The bigger they are the less room I will have! Please feel free to call or email. Thanks

Trust me, even though A.R.T is farther away, at least I can guarantee that after months of communication they won't say "Trailers? What trailers?", unlike some Las Vegas hotels :lol
 
That's great of you to offer, thanks.

Would it be possible to have our truck driver park his rig there and stay the night if he wants too, or is the parking area gated? Not sure what he needs/wants to do, but there are no truck stops in the area.

Does the 12,000 sqft mean indoors or parking lot?

I am planning to have my GT and some others trailered to and from Wed and Thurs events, then pick them up somewhere near the hotel Friday morning, would it be possible to do that at your place?

I've got a an acre lot that is gated for trailer storage and my building is 12K sqft. There is a truck area behind the Cabela's outfitters thats less than a mile from me for overnight parking.
 
Google maps says it's about a 30 minute drive from the Austin-Berstrom airport to A.R.T.'s facility in Buda. Has anybody had any creative ideas on how to get from the airport to the cars if they're trailered to A.R.T.?

Since we all arrive at different times it's a challenge to arrange anything.
 
Austin does have Super Shuttles. You can reserve them and pile in groups as you arrive. There is a new tollway (130) that could get everyone to Buda in about 15 min.
 
Thanks Chris, yes the new tollway drops you about a mile from my shop.
