Since both my wife and I were registered for the rally last year we ended up with 2 of the giclees canvas prints.
We've had one nicely framed, however the other is still rolled up in the tube.
I hate to see it just sit in storage, so I figured I would see what/if someone might want to trade.
I have no idea what it's worth and am really not interested in selling it at this time.
We've had our car about 1 1/2 years so I haven't collected much yet, other than a few diecast models.
Looking for neat memorabilia, factory items, or even parts/upgrades.
It has been signed by Camillo, Kip, and Mark McGowan.
I can bring to VA.
Below is a pic I pulled from the site, not of my actual print. I can get a pic of mine if desired.

What do you have to trade????

Jeff

I'll trade you some Benjamins for this picture? Will that work... :)

I'd auction it.....since i want it also....

I'd auction it.....since i want it also....

I had actually considered the auction option, which would actually allow the buyer to set the price rather than me guessing it's value.
I was really hoping to just trade it for something else interesting, but based on responses here and the e-mails I have received so far, the only interest seems to be in an outright purchase.
I don't know about policies/procedures regarding this route here, but I know on some of my other car boards this process is sometimes frowned upon.
If I don't work out some type of trade this weekend, I'll try and get feedback from the powers that be about going the auction route.

Thanks in advance for your patience, Jeff

I'll give you $200.00 bucks for it, let the auction begin.. :) Any word if you are going to do it here or on ebay?

Well, let's make it offical then. It's up here for auction unless a moderator tells me other wise. (don't want to break any rules).

I'd much rather sell it to a "family member" here than mess with e-bay.

Rather than put a time limit on it, as I know some don't get on here as often as others, I will run it until all but one of the interested parties have acknowledged dropping out.

Expense for shipping and insurance will be the responisibility of the buyer.

I want to make this as fair as possible, so any feedback is welcomed.

I will post a picture of the actual print tonight.

Any questions, feel free to ask here or send me a PM.

Thanks, Jeff

Sounds great, looking forward to it.

Here's some pics of the actual print and the signatures.

Canvas measures approx. 32" X 44".

It's worth at least a couple hundred bucks. These are printed on archival canvas, designed by Camilo. Retail on a full size giclee using the same process is $1700, which is still pretty cheap for what it is.

So are people bidding on this thread?

yes

Sorry for any confusion. I guess I should have started a new thread.

I'm in route to the rally, so not getting on here as often.

I've tried to notify all interested parties to bid here.

With others possibly traveling as well, I want to be sure I've given them time to post if desired.

Thanks for everyone's patience.

Jeff

OK, with a great rally behind us now, hopefully we can move this along and end it by the end of the week.

I've recevied correspondence through e-mails and PM's, but no one else is responding here.

Attached is a pic of my other print I'm keeping, which we had framed, to give you an idea how it can look. THE FRAMED ONE IS NOT THE ONE UP FOR AUCTION.

Any questions, please feel free to ask or send me a message.

I do ask that interested parties bid here rather than by PM/e-mail to keep everything above the table, fair, and honest.

Thanks, Jeff
