Done Manny! Glad you guys will be joining us again.
Just like Rally 1.

Woo..that's an all star line up.. maybe I'll take the cooking class..!! Lol

I’m thinking doing the cooking class and using IndyGT’s or DrFranks GT in off sessions.

Rex and Stormy, I've got other plans for you guys. ;)Stay tuned.....

I just had a long talk with Chip. Together, for you interested guys, Chip will do a "How to field clean your kill of the day." This will include how to remove the gut sack, strip the hide, process the hide and finally how to butcher the carcass and prepare various cuts of meat and sweetbreads. He has some videos of varied African game (elephant, giraffe, water buffalo, etc). I will teach you all how to perform an autopsy and how to fool your county coroner (volunteer corpses are not necessary). These activities should keep you cooking hungry fellows busy.

Add Jovette Mosing to the list if not too late.

Done Mike!

It is not too late to sign up for interest in this event. My wife was looking at two different cooking school venues. One which could entertain about 23 and the second could accommodate many more. From the response we have seen above, 30+ ladies with interest, she can focus with the second vendor and get more realistic pricing and food preparation options. Once this is all worked out, I will close out this thread and start a new one for actual sign-up and payment collection.

In years past, the cooking school attendees have all had a fun time together doing this event.

Yes, spelled "WINE."

No kidding? If so, sign me up. Especially for the autopsy!
