Price increase started when?

Does anyone know when the $10K price increase went into affect? I've heard it started with July invoiced cars, but what serial numbers?

I did some searching on EBAY and as near as I can tell it happened somewhere in between S/N 1643 (old price) and S/N 1664 (seller says list was 166,195 with all options).

I was also searching build dates related to serial number but I saw some odd things **.

The price inscrease was for GT's ordered after July 1st. If the Dealer ordered before July 1st; "BUT" not built BEFORE July 1st; they STILL got the LOWER price.

Very Mysterious....

I found on Ebay that VIN 1884 had a base of $139, while an earlier VIN 1741 had a base of $149?
I also noticed that some "fully loaded" $149 base cars total only $163 instead of $166, anyone know what I'm missing? I don't think it's the caliper paint?

The $163k price is w/o wheel upgrade ($3.5k).
