Will we be able to have a passenger on track?

Please say yes!! :biggrin :banana

Usually no. An instructor can take your passenger for a ride. Depends on track rules. Better make sure you have two sets of belts.

The rules on this subject vary from club to club and track to track. The general rule is you can go out with an instructor in any run group.
I am however a firm believer that going for rides with instructors is a great way to learn and a wonderful experience .Also a great way to make friends .Just ask those who went for thrill rides in Vegas!
I remember my first ride with an instructor .I thought the tires were going to come off the rims !! I got out of the car and bowed to him!!

I'm 'vouching' for Jeff as an extremely skilled driver. He was allowed passengers in Vegas and was the passenger in the 'camillo spin'. I think you'll remember him when you see he's keeping on the instructors bumpers.

Me on the other hand, I think thoroughly enjoyed having instructors "school me". And if I'm correct, 'rocketman' you took me for a spin in my tungsten and then showed me the joy of the "GT balancing act". It certainly is a beautiful car if you car handle her with finesse.

I assume that we're talking about the upcoming Rally. Are the track rules at TX World Speedway and Lonestar Motorsport's Park different from our previous events :confused

AZSTAD - Thanks for the compliments - overstated for certain but thanks... the check is the mail :cheers

JBG- I don't know if the rules are the same this year or not...

I did get to do some instruction last year in Vegas, and I really enjoyed it. Considering the shortage of instructors last year maybe I should find out what I need to do to get approved for instructor duty this year? :banana

Jeff,
When we have a count on students ,I will be glad to get in touch with you. I imagine we will need help.
