Ask and you shall receive, looks well documented. I love the fact the guy flew to Shelby American in LA to pick it up and drove it back to Washington state.

The dealer has a '40 of his own, and a black no stripe GT ('05 I think) that he says he wouldn't part with.
This is the dealer that had the SOHC 427 Cobra for sale last year as well. He travels in some very nice iron.

I wish.

sexy!

Mike, Did you end up buying a GT? I see it in the signature. Inquiring minds want to know....

Great video and an unbelievable car. But $1.9M? You could buy a lot of nice iron and a well built Superperformance FGT for that money. I'd go with the:
1. Stock FGT
2. Mod'ed FGT
3. Superperformance Ford GT
4. Ultima GTR
5. Gallardo
6. Porsche Carrera GT
7. Porsche GT2
8. Lotus Exige
9. Tesla
10. Prius
...for that kind of money. I'm sooo practical :)

Sign of the times.... We'll see more and more of these unobtanium cars come up for sale...

I follow the Porsche 911 mkt and in the last 3 months some unique cars have surfaced, very rare stuff that people thought tucked away for good....

I have my pulse on the market. My 67 Shelby GT500 is similar in value to a GT so when the time is right, I will part with it and buy a Heritage GT. I have the 68 Shelby GT500. Would love to have one of each.

I changed my signature. I did have a deal done for Heritage GT but the owner backed out 30 mins before funds were to be wired. So I wait.
