It may not be a NFGT, but the "fun:dollar spent" quotient is similar. I'm a sucker for old classic vehicle "survivors". One of my sons found this ONE-OWNER 1967 F250 pickup, in original Lunar Green color, with the original 80,000 mile 352 V8/4 speed/Dana 60 rear. It was purchased new by a now-92-year-old guy about an hour from where I live (Sioux Falls, SD). We drove over to check it out yesterday, and within the first mile, I knew I had to make an offer. I couldn't believe how tight and quiet and smooth this nearly 52 year old pickup was. Needs very minimal mechanical sorting, and then we plan to just leave as-is (no restoration). Maybe add some power steering. We went a bit overboard with my 1965 F100, (see thread here: http://www.fordgtforum.com/forums/showthread.php/32073-1965-F100-pickup?highlight=f100 ) and now it is so nice, we tend not to enjoy it as much as before we restored it and drove it to Home Depot, NAPA, etc for a parts runner. Now this will be the perfect truck for those duties.

That truck is amazing!!

Very cool truck Well preserved!

Wow, how come I only get to read about such incredible finds?

Really unusual too for that area. It must have been stored inside and never driven in the winter. I grew up 90 miles south of there and our cars certainly didn't look like that after a few years.

Very nice! They don't make them like that anymore. Congratulations.

Nice find, beautiful truck!

Fantastic. Merry Christmas
