Nobody took me up on my request for a burnout photo shoot

The idea of the burnout pic was to put it on the huge blank canvas that is the back of my trailer. Life size. 1:1. Like this, but picture it with smoke pouring off the tires.

I guess I'll have to let Sinovac do the burnout while I photograph. Oh, well. I have old Goodyears to burn up.

Anyway, I know zilch about wraps, decals, etc. Any advice about how to get this idea produced?

BTW, for those who can't resist, please save the advice about how dumb I am. I've made it this far. :lol

Lots of good choices for quality wraps in our area. All they need is one of your high resolution images. What you want to do is easy.

Gary,

As always, a cool idea!

However, I think what you have posted here would be just perfect. Avoids the "aggressive" aspects of burnouts.

Just my HO.

With the quality of your photos, you can't lose.

You are doing the right color too!

Bill, Thank you. I value your perspective. :)

Maybe do the background as though there was no rear door.

Howard, That is exactly how it looked before I erased everything but the car. I would need some professional lighting to deal with the extreme shadows, but that concept is a strong possibility.

Ok I've resisted as long as possible... Quit beating around the bush and get this.....

And I'll spare you my feelings about advertising what's in the trailer.....

Full wraps can be quite expensive. If you have a design that can be cut out, sort of like what you have pictured, you will likely save a ton of money, since it's all about square footage.

So, if you don't need to change the vehicle color change, I'd recommend a partial wrap.

You can talk to the companies, I think many will have in-house design teams that you can work with.

Dang! That is nuts. Not what I had in mind, but for sure enough to cause accidents.

Still thinking about action/motion shots rear, left and right on the white trailer canvas. I don't think I'm going for the invisible trailer look. :)

That actually makes me nervous...like there is not enough support for the trailer. lol.

SYCO...thank you.

Looking at your trailer, you know what would be REALLY COOL?

Purchase a set of Ford GT taillights to install on the back end of the trailer, then coordinate your photo/design into the back end of the trailer.

How amazing would that be? And still completely functional. Plus, it would obviously add to the realism of the design.

Probably simpler would be to run them as "third" brake lights for wiring. Then your existing lights should still satisfy DOT requirements.

^^^ How amazing indeed! Watch the photograph lights actually light up. Yeah. Then we'll need an audio soundtrack of downshifting. Too much is never enough. Someone please do this for me. ;)

Tail light idea is way cool! Wired in parallel with running, brake, and back-up would be awesome. Don't know how deep the GT light assemblies are, so it might take some creative finessing with the mounting, but if you could pull it off it would be totally unique for sure.

Use different lights, aren't OEM something like $1k each give or take?

^^^ No idea. Junkyard T-Bird lights would work. The proposals here are escalating way beyond my level of interest. :)
