Is it possible for a dealer to order a new car with no radio ?

Dr. Harms,

You can order the GT without the upgraded Macintosh stereo system ($4,000) but you will instead get the base stereo/speakers. You cannot delete the base radio but I suppose you could remove it and the speakers after the car arrived. (I ordered mine sans Macintosh.)

The Euro spec cars are radio less.

My guess would be a different frequency allocation, such that US spec radios would not work well.
