New Record Sale for GTX1 $525,000.00

Genaddi Design Group is happy to report the Number 1 GTX1 production car was successfully sold on June 5 th, 2007 for $525,000 to a private collector, who wishes to remain anonymous. The car is painted Valencia Orange with Titanium stripes, like the SEMA prototype. The reason for that color choice, “which by the way is only available on a SEMA Edition”, was done to commemorate the prototype and to start off the build of the GTX1 cars. The 2006 GTX1 is fully loaded with all current options available through Genaddi Design Group and had 19 miles on it at the time of sale. The car is equipped with the following options;

GTX1 upgrade work
Custom Paint in Valencia Orange with Titanium Silver Stripes
Carbon Fiber Aero Package
*Rocker
*Splitter
*Diffuser
GTX1 Style Wheels & Tires
*Adjustable Shocks
Silver Grommet Sparco Race Seats like prototype
Wilwood two-piece rotors and 6 piston calipers
Eclipse Stereo 5.1 with Touch Screen Navigation
*Back Up Camera
Carpeted interior floor mats with GTX1 embroidery
Short throw shifter with Aluminum Knob and shaft
Transaxle cooling system
Brushed aluminum billet GTX1 coil covers
Convenience Package

*Genaddi Design Group Cat Back Silencer System
Bright Silver Painted supercharger and cam covers

3 piece removable hard top

The GTX1 Number 1 car will also receive a very unique fender badge that reads 001/600 because the SEMA 100 and GTX1 500 will not signify numbering that reads up to 600.

The man that bought the car also bought three more GT's for his collection, numbers 50, 64, and 100 of the SEMA Edition cars. The only options he wished to be on them besides the SEMA options was the three piece hard top. I spoke with him last night and he is okay with me sharing some information about himself with the group. His name is Hamad Alkazi from Kuwait; he owns the only Honda/Acura dealership in the Middle East. He is very proud of the cars and is looking forward to showcasing them:banana

What auction was this at? I didn't see it at the Palm Beach Barrett Jackson sale. on the 7th.
Or did I miss it going across the blocks?

It was a private sale. Not an auction.
