I had some friends there watching when it happened. Interestingly, they said the Acura team that was there was pretty much exclusively Americans.
 
The roofline/greenhouse seem very tall for a sports car. It looks like a big sedan from the A pillar forward.

They should send the thing back to the design studio.

Looks like a mishmash of an R8 (front) and 458 (rear). Quite the gig for HRE to get their wheels on a prototype.
 
I think the roofline is emphasized by a very low and short hoodline and the downward slant of the doors. The roofline is probably constrained by crash regulations.

Looks like a GoPro camera an inch off the pavement.
 
actually reminds me a lot of the 12C with slightly distorted proportions.
