New Member Intro...

Yep, the head whack was one of my first "love pats" from the car.

Ya! That's referred to around here as "being Gurneyed"! :cheers :thumbsup

I love the car and only have one question...

How the hell do you get out the dang thing in a parking lot without looking stupid? I find myself having to park in the strangest places to be able to open the doors.

I will learn to deal with the quirkiness in order to keep this wonderful car.

You asked as such you shall receive;

The GTB door conversion is just the ticket.

Takes care

I just got mine from Shelby 3 weeks ago. I've put 600 more miles on it already.

Everyone asks "is that some new Ferrari or Lamborghini?" even though the name is on the side. Don't worry about parking it and making a scene, a young teenage boy told me I made a scene just by driving up!

:biggrin

The worst is when I tell people I bought a Ford GT and they start going down the list of friends of theirs who own Ford GT's... Mustang GT's. In Little Rock, they just havn't figured this car out yet.

Little Rock isn't the ONLY place!!!!!:rofl

I don't believe there's a 'Forum member here who hasn't experienced the same things you and Joehand1 have posted!

Welcome! You will become addicted!:thumbsup

Anyone else enjoy as much as I do reading the posts of new owners and remembering how much fun it was to first explore the ins and outs of GT ownership?
