I want to add a custom avatar, but I can't figure out how to reduce the size of my picture. I can reduce the pixels to the minimum requirement but that doesn't reduce the file size enough. Minimum file size is 19 kb and mine is 84 kb. Can anyone tell me how to do this without any special programs other than your basic MS stuff????

Yeah, I've got one.
Right click on image>open with Microsoft Office Picture Manager>Edit pictures>Resize>Save it

I cant even find where to add a custom one. All I see is how to change my profile picture. I want my profile picture to be my avatar though how do I do this?
