Mustang 50th Birthday

Any forum members going to one of the Mustang 50th birthday celebrations next week? One in Charlotte NC. and one in Las Vegas. Renee and I are going to the one in Charlotte and will be at the speedway from Tuesday on. Let me know if anyone is going to be there.

Mustang 50th Anniversary in Charlotte

I went to the one in Charlotte - great show, but the weather was terrible. Cool on Thursday, cool and cloudy on Friday, rained all day on Saturday. Here's a link to my pictures: https://www.flickr.com/photos/31256891@N08/sets/72157644162147052/

Not a single Ford GT in sight - although I do believe there were a couple Mustangs there powered by Ford GT engines :wink

I attended the event in Dearborn at Ford WHQ. One day, sunny, but cool . About 3000 people attended.
