Mileage Question to the Masses

In 1987 the TV show "60 Minutes" did a segment on the Lamborghini Countach (the month mine was built actually). During that segment they interviewed Malcom Forbes who had owned one for some time. .

I loved that segment ... got it on VHS (ancient recording medium).
Loved the part when they compared the red Lamborghini Countach to a SEXY WOMAN. The white Lamborghini Countach to a virgin. :biggrin

since my Ford GT is worth more than any car i have ever owned i keep the miles low which just makes the re-sale value even higher. over the next 40 years i plan on putting about 60,000 miles on mine with alot of performance modz too. a substantial amount of those miles will be on racetracks though. so when i am 80 years old i will take it the Barrett-Jackson and sell it for millions :biggrin

i always double park my GT wherever i go because if somebody parks to close to me i can't get in my car.

Cool! I have the same ancient recording medium! My car is red and was built the same month that 60 minutes was doing the segment. When you figure they only turned out about 2.5 cars per week I keep thinking my car must be in there somewhere. Just haven't found it yet. So I guess I could say my other gal is a SEXY WOMAN!!:banana

I have decided that Empty Pockets is an art collector not a car guy. I must admit you have an incredible taste for art.:willy

I've been called worse...:biggrin

Twelve thousand miles this first year. Next year more than 12000. I intend to take a west coast cruise later this summer after the fires subside.
