To me, the saddest part is the amount of time that the media is lavishing about both of their deaths, as if it is a national disaster! Report that they died and be done with it - let the public decide how much attention should be given. They just wound up where we are all going - some go sooner, some later. My $0.02.
Amen to that, RALPHIE. God knows there are faaaaaaaaaar bigger/more critical issues/things needing our attention these days...
When the coroner picked him up at UCLA, all I could think of was; He had no home and no one knew where the body was gonna go to next. So where on earth could all the stupid fans go now? Which street could they congregate at? It must be confusing time for this young generation, worshiping a false idol and all.

Well, I don't know about y'all, but I was T-I-R-E-D of the continuous coverage of his passing by about 11:30 pm YESTERDAY. 'Nothing but hash & rehash.
Three or four times today I turned the set on to see whether the world had ended yet (you know...N. Korea, Iran, cap 'n' trade bill, etc.) only to see MORE blah blah about M.J. filling the airwaves instead. So, after I heard the first 3 words or so, I just shut the set off rather than listening to it.
Even O'Reilly and Hannity were filled with it tonight.
Enough already. :bored

School of Medicine. Now Frank or Atomic may know more than me about the field, but if I had the means, I surely wouldn't chose a Dr. that graduated from that school.

Nobody really cares where you went to medical school. It's where you did your training that counts (i.e. internship, residency). The guy with the lowest GPA in the graduating class still gets MD behind his name.

And as for Michael, while no one knows the truth, he left himself open to all sorts of allegations. A friend of me told me the ones that should have some concerns right now are those cute little cherubs running around in heaven.
:lol Not to worry! According to what reliable sources tell me, the basis for the "concerns" of which you speak have to have been removed prior to arrival at the 'gates, or admission will be denied. Therefore, either way, the cherubs have nuthin' to worry about! :wink
