Anyone know who the annointed Ford Dealer is in my area qualified to service the GT?

Well, my geography is not so good, but can't you jump across the border to a dealer in the US that's close? Or won't US dealers honor a Canadian warranty?

I wish I knew! If you find out, please let me know. Thanks

Polito Ford in Lindsay. He has sold 3 GT's and services each of them. He has all the right tools, and his techs are all trained on the GT. Call and talk to Anthony Polito directly. Tell him that one of his loyal GT customers sent you! 705-328-3673 They are located about 1 hour from Toronto. Anthony is a true car guy that has a passion for these cars.

Thanks for the information Clax - its the best lead yet!

Are you from my area and has Polito Ford done any service on your car as of yet?

Yes, I am in the Toronto area, and Polito services my car, as well as 2 other GT's. I am extremely happy with their service (as are the other 2 clients). The drive to his location is a bit far, but it's worth it for my peace of mind. I bought my car at another dealer, but wouldn't let them touch my car (won't mention the dealer's name). I'm sure that Anthony would also be willing to transport the car for you in a trailer if you didn't want to drive out there.

Sean Hyland Motorsports is not to far from there. May be a good place to get some mods done.

WEST HERR , IN BUFFALO does about a half dozen repairs and service in that area. Ask for fred, he has sold 6 gts out of there and there mechanics have worked on them all. That should be less than an hour away?gtjoey 1314 :thumbsup

That's good to know Clax, thanks. :thumbsup

There's no way I'm letting anyone in Ottawa put my car on one of their lifts. :frown

There was only one dealer in the area last year that new right away what car I was talking about when I was trying to find one available. The rest were under the impression I was looking for a Mustang. :lol

Further to my previous posts, just wanted to also mention that Polito uses the GT Savers on their lifts, and stays very up-to-date on everything relating to the GT. The owner of the dealership, Anthony Polito, is an avid track racer and has done a number of really cool custom projects including a mid-engine Ford Focus race car.
