I bought a set from Ford about a year or so ago, they were not super crazy expensive. If I recall ~$350 each (was a small core also). Not a terrible option when I have seen used sets for not that far off (if you can find them) You also can, of course, paint or powder coat the ones you have.

I have an extra set of red calipers with very low miles but they had some scratches so I started sanding one of them. They need to be recoated if you want perfect. Comes with pads.
