Ferrari had a large format model made and gave to each of the customers that purchased one of the La Ferrari's. I'm not sure of the scale, maybe 1:10 or 1:12. It was about 16" long and on what looked like a CF base with a nice clear cover and the VIN# on the plaque.

It would be great if Ford would make a model of the new Ford GT to go to each new owner.

What do you think Bill, Edsel, Henry III, Raj?

Maybe not to that level, but I bet they will. Lamborghini does a 1:18 with every car.

If I recall, the lambo reventon had a model that was available for something like $25k personalized for the owners car.

It would be really nice. Of course, my first goal is to get the car! Still hopeful for that year 4 allocation!

How nice of them. $25k for a toy car sounds like a bargain.

Exactly. The 1:1 model is the most important.

Exactly. I would be good. 25k is a decent chunk of a 350...

Or don't make a model and knock 25k off sticker of the NGT.

100k with display case. Hand made concept model 1:7 or 1:5

Thanks Issac, you know my source of the info, I guess I had forgotten the exact details.

Models and toy cars are cool.......if you're 10 years old.

Ok, I take it back... seems this was not a good idea... but if they do offer one I hope it is a 1:8 scale

Granted the Reventon's was something like a 1:4 or 1:5 scale model... Here is Ken Lingenfelter's (which is the first thing you see upon entering the Lingenfelter collection).

The model is probably about 3 feet long.

Model cars are cool for people of every age. Especially for those of us who can't actually afford our dream cars.

I love Hot Wheels! Only $1.05 at Walgreen's.

You're right about that. Same reason Xcentric has a life size blow up doll of Kate Hudson.

It might be cheaper to build a glass box for the real one and drive out of it on the weekends!!!???????????

$.94 at WalMart. :)

I've already picked up several NFGT and Shelby GT350 Hot Wheels from there.
