Very cool. It would look sweet, silver with red lettering.

Awesome! how can I get some where is the sign shop? number?
thanks

Looks good. The only thing is that it looks like it is on backwards. Shouldn't it be tilted left instead of right?

Cool !! Will he make some more??? You can PM me the details?? I can contact him direct.. Thx, Brian

Won't those melt when the calipers get hot? Oh nevermind, I see who's made the post so it'll look great sitting in the garage year after year... :biggrin

Just kidding Mark, looks great! However I truely am curious as to how they will handle the heat?

Oh and don't forget the copywrite and tradmark lawsuit! :lol :thumbsup

Hey Mark - looks great, something to do during the long winter huh:lol

If you have the details of the shop, please PK me, Need Silver (to go with the black beauty (1 of 12 per Quickdraw)....:thumbsup

You'd be proud of me Mr. Bigsmartass. We awoke to 2" of frsh snow on Sunday, but it melted & the streets dried off enough for me to take my first real drive with my youngest son later on in the day. My middle son has been begging for me to pick him up at school for weeks, & now that it's registered & the streets are dry, I'll have to grant him his wish one day this week. :thumbsup

We discussed the issue of heat with the sign guys & they'll make me stick on stencils & I can then paint the letters on. Now, I wouldn't want to get anyone in trouble with copywright laws so don't want to give out the sign shop's number. However, I'm sure that any good decal shop could find the FORD GT lettering anywhere online (much like the one in the above banner) and capture an image of it.

BTW, I paid $20.00 for 5 decals.

Unfortunately, the winters aren't long enough as we go snowmobiling in NH on weekends. As a matter of fact, in preparation for next season, I just bought a new leftover '06 sled this past Saturday. :thumbsup

The Ford GT logo is available as an EPS at Brands of the World. You can download it free and because it's a vectorized graphic make it any size without distortion.

Cool :cheers

I finally got my vinyl cutter up and running good now. I have the GT logo, so I will see if I can make a stencil.

ohhhh nooo, I just got the same thing in white lettering on the grey calipers. I think the black looks better, or maybe i should have gone for red. Oh well its never too late to change.

Do one in each color. I knew a guy a few years back who couldn't decide if he liked gold or silver wheels on his Countach. As cheasy as it may sound, he painted on side silver and the other side gold. :eek :biggrin
