Lol. Every gen of Vette I tend to buy the first year and usually keep it a year. Here is my car sitting at Kerbeck. Nothing special—a 2LT without many options.

Can you chop off the rear end and redesign it? ;);)

Looks like your dealer got quite a number of them.

Yeah, the back end is kind of ugly.....It has that "Camaro Effect" when the longer you look at it the uglier it gets, (That being the whole Camaro). I might like to get a Corvette in my collection, someday, that would be the first Chevy for me ever! I will wait a while and get a well kept, old man with the young wife, used one for 1/2 the price. LOL

She's a beauty ! Going to do 2LT with Natural as well, with the Elkhart Lake Blue exterior. So jealous, my order has not gone in yet.

Yeah, I don't know why it's so difficult for GM to get this right.

The Corvette's fugly rear end has been a design issue for a few gens now, in my and others' view.

For those who can look past this and if/when any early productions issues are resolved, a great deal.

These cars look great in person. Can't wait to see what the Z06 and ZR1 variants bring.

Arrived at midnight in pouring rain. Yes, rear end remains unattractive (Vette and mine). Creature comforts great. Paint-well, Chevy. But if you can find a car with this performance anywhere in the world but it. (Iacocca?)

Congratulations! I am impressed with what they have done with the C8. The instructors out at Spring Mountain have been very complimentary about it all around too.

It looks like they came up with 3 or 4 design ideas for the rear end and they compromised by using all of them
