Just on the heels of taking my girlfriend to California with a couple of other couples, my friends and I just got back from a week long boys trip to go golfing in Florida. All that nice weather while it's snowing in Edmonton leads me to realize that California and Florida weather and the roads are awesome. Why didn't I move somewhere warm BEFORE I started my career?? :frown And the people in both California and Florida are fantastic. Rally IV in Texas, your bar has been set!!! And it's HIGH!!! :cheers

OK, so we went to Jason's shop in Sarasota and I finally got to meet him. I have his pulley/tune/exhaust and few other bits, so I was looking forward to seeing what his operation was like. WHAT A GREAT GUY!!! Really down to earth, and it seems like he has a terrific outlook on life. Then again, working and playing with Ford GT's, Lambo's and Vipers all day in the Florida sunshine might have that effect on a guy. :wink

If you've never been to Heffner's Performance, I'd recommend a visit. Really unbelievably clean, and lots of exotic eye candy around. :thumbsup

We had hoped to meet up with Brian (Stormcat) and Torrie too at Jason's shop, but that didn't quite work out. Anyway, I just wanted to throw a big thank you out to Jason. He found the time to come out for lunch with us too. Really interesting guy to talk to. I'm looking forward to meeting him again.

Oh yeah, we also went to Forza (Luxautica) yesterday. Among other toys, they had 2 Enzo's, 2 MC-12's, 1 F50, a Saleen S7 and THREE VEYRON'S (one was the Pur Sang)!!!!! Nice way to end the trip. :banana

Do you spend any extended amount of time at home?? :wink

That is a slick collection at Forza. :thumbsup I saw an MC-12 in person once. A little over the top in all the right ways. :cheers

Hey Pro,
Sorry I couldn't make it over,, I hope you enjoyed Florida !! It was probably better for me that I didn't make it to Heff's place.. I've got the power monkey on my back... a visit to his place would have done me in !! :biggrin

Maybe you need the WORKMONKEY on your back.

Thanks Pro,

Again, it was a real pleasure to met you and the guys. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed Florida. I was worried that you might end up suffering from a golf overdose. Please look me up if you're ever in town again, this goes for anyone here.

Brian, head to the beach, pick up 10# of dead sea animals - wrap in plastic, place in box and send 10 day USPS to Frank at work.....

nevermind he deals with those smells all day long
