Looks like most of the popular options back then like Borla and Ford Racing aren't available anymore for obvious reason. Did a search and don't see any options now besides cheap ebay ones. What are you guys running these days?
 
Borla site still lists muffler for 05-06. Don't know about availability

Didn't Stainless Works make some? Do note if your trying to go cat less, the efforts of the EPA going after companies, has really altered the exhaust products readily available.
 
Bony had stainless setup. It is loud but sounds great. Just saw his car at Woodward. I don't know if they are still in business.

I double checked. THe seller forgot to put Mustang in the title. 😩
 
Stainless Works stopped offering them and so did JBA.

I think at this point it comes down to finding a used/NOS set or making your own.
 
M2K does exceptional custom work and has alot GT experience

yeah stainless just got back to me with the same info. ill wait around for a used set then.

I would say don't hold your breath.
 
When the doc advises you not to hold your breath, you shouldn't.

Stumbled across this header manufacturer. Maybe if a few guys got in line, it would be a more affordable proposition than having just one set made;

I dont, but it is the next town away from our office / shop,
 
I have fixtures made and can reproduce the Ford racing headers. There will be a lead time on the production but they can be done.

whats minimum needed for a group buy? surely we could rally up at least 10 buyers
 
I can make them one set at a time..
