Have You Bought Track Insurance?

Guys, I'm ready to purchase this track insurance but not 100% convinced.
On one hand I'm not planning to go nuts on the track.. on the other you never know.

What about you guys?

Insurance to me is for the unexpected and unplanned, so when my carrier said they would most certainly not cover me driving on a track, I got some. I am not an aggressive driver, dont drive nuts (any more), but I could still need insurance because of the "unexpected."

My understanding is Miller has more room for run offs, so less chance of contact than some other venues?

As long as it's not a timed or competitive event my Safeco Insurance will cover me on the track. They have in the past.

I bought track insurance which covers me for all tracks that have corners but not for straight line venues. Got coverage for 290K with a 10% deductable for the year so I could even race the car if I wanted to. Expensive but good for peace-of-mind.
