Has anyone received or seen a GT350 on a dealers lot?

Reading on a Mustang forum yesterday there is talk that there is a "production problem" which has held up the releasing and delivery of not only the 2016 MY but also the 2015 MY. Does anybody here have inside connections to Ford to confirm or deny the rumor?

I've heard from several buyers that there is a driveline vibration issue so cars are being retro-fitted with new parts before delivery. Don't know if this is true tho' its all hearsay

The base GT350 is leaving imminently. I think they may have begun shipping but I'll check. R's should be in a couple weeks.

When do you get yours and, more importantly, when do we get joyrides?

At this point I can't say for sure. My hope is within 30 days.

This just in from Sarasota Ford:

"We do not have a GT350, our first 3 are presold but we have 1 left that can be ordered. It probably wont be here until spring.

Our first one is in transit now and it should be here in the beginning of November (but it is sold)."

EDIT: Maybe somebody here would be interested in this?

"We have one left to order, you can build it however you like. Our price is $10,000 over sticker."

This is the base 350.

Just some dude. Lucky guy is the guy that owns it, who is on this site.

ADM's are dropping. A dealer in Orlando has advertised a base GT350 at MSRP, your specs. Never called to confirm but it, but it was listed on a major website. Auto......... something or other.

That's mine, with my techs and salesmen checking it out for me. Just off the truck, today!

Let's hope this is the continuing trend. When I'm in the market for another car, I'd like to put the 350/R on the list of possibilities. Even MSRP makes me cringe, but I'll concede just for the newness of the car. If it's a dime over, no thanks. Plenty of other options out there.

I'd be all over a 350 R at list

I think many of us would, David. But I think it's safe to say that won't be happening any time soon...or ever. Last gen GT500's were marked up until the very end of its run. This car is much more highly anticipated.

What is advertised on the major auto websites, including manufacture sites and what dealers are really asking are two different things. So far the best I have found is $20K ADM on an GT350R, you can probably do much better on a GT350, maybe even MSRP, but the R seems to be much more limited and has a pretty high ADM at this point.

Ed, you just have to get in with a small town dealer some where.

We ordered our 13 GT500 and got it under MSRP (-$1500) through a small dealership in Iowa when all the dealers in KC where 10k over.
