IM GOING DOWN TO MY CLIENTS NEW MASERATI DEALERSHIP, Ive seen the new grand turismo , havent driven it yet though, it looks hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its that gun metal silver grey? red interior.My brother has the quatro porte great looking car, seats a little uncomfortable. Well anyone driven one? thanks gtjoey 1314 :thumbsup
 
I was planning on checking one out to possibly replace my Mercedes S63 as a daily driver.
Let us know your thoughts after you check it out.

I owned it's predecessor the GranSport. The GranTurismo (or Gizmo as I like to call it) is very beautiful but a little underpowered. Watch out for the resale on Maserati also. I bought my 2006 GranSport 1 year old with 2500 miles for $60k under sticker price. It may have been priced like that because the Gizmo was on the way?

The transmission was terrible on the GranSport but they are using a new transmission on the Gizmo.
 
Thanks fubar, loved the style,the "gizmo's" THANK GOD WERE REDUCED, at over 400 horse, new tranny etc. looks nice. Will go for a test by friday...thanks gtjoey 1314 we are already down to 105 . :thumbsup
 
The car mags rated the new tranny much better, but depreciation is still probably going to be very bad. And the service cost!!!!!!
 
I have a new Gran Torismo and I really like it. I traded my 2001 TT Porsche for it and I have never looked back.

Yes it is not quick as the TT but it has power when you need it. The car drives great and the looks are stunning. It almost gets as much looks as the GT. (almost)..

I got the car and told my wife that it was for her. One week later I told here that it was mine.

The reason the other maserati's had bad resale was that their styling was not timeless. They were more like blah. I would bet that this car will have a better resale than all other maserati's. I am on the list for the convertible that should be out in about 1.5 years.
