Thanks for the help, THe bolts broke 3 times under warr, and now 2 times out of warr, should ford take care of this or am i on my own? thanks TMS_GT

Sounds like multiple sets of Ford's ORIGIONAL bolts must have been used for some reason...'cause if either Ford's FINAL upgrade bolts, or Accufab's bolts had been used, neither of those would have failed.

'Recommend you order/buy/install either of the last two types mentioned above. 'Problem will then be OVER.

As to Ford covering it on warranty now (even with the history), I'd pbly hafta guess "no"...unless somehow you had those installs all done by a Ford dealer and can somehow show the proper "final solution" Ford bolts weren't installed by the Ford dealer 'last time around.

Edit: It's easy to tell the diff between Ford's FINAL SOLUTION 'bolts and their origional ones just by LOOKING at the kit. The washers in the "final solution" kit are twice as thick as the origionals and have counter sunk bolt holes in them.

Just get the accufab bolts and do it yourself (if you are moderate shade-tree mechanic). It's a pretty simple change-out.
