In Germany and some parts of Switzerland we celebrate
"Karneval" - therefor no time for business.
Roundabout 5.500 US Dollar is not cheap.
As you know I prefer the other watches.

I asked about the Swiss limited edition watch here at Roush in the United Kingdom (who service our cars) and they have one. Apparently cost is Euro 3,500 (about $4,200). Quite pricey however I'm going to have a look at the watch in person. I really like well made Swiss watches and if it looks really good I might get one. If anyone's interested please let me know and I'll keep you posted.

Heritage watches for you

Spoke to the German dealer and they have Heritage wathes in stock
It says "0ne of 101" on them, but if you guys can live with that the price is about $400 which is not bad at all...

Just to be clear - we are NOT talking about the automatic watch from Aviatex, but a regular battery watch of decent quality...

This is not a GT specific watch (and it is late in the Le Mans winning period) but it sort of captures the spirit... And it does have stripes!
