Thanks for all the input. The problem started when the car had about 500 miles on it. The problem is intermitant. About half the time you can get first gear, and the rest of the time you have to yank it into 2nd, then ram it into 1st. The "creep" problem also occurs about half the time. The problem is obvious, the clutch is not fully disengaging, but the dealers have no clue how to fix it. I will try calling Saleen. Thanks again.

I did call Saleen today, explained my situation, the voice on the other end replied "Is it a Saleen?", I replied "No, it's a Ford GT". To which the voice replied "So why are you calling us?".
Oh well, it was worth a try.
Any more bright ideas out there, before I resort to a can of gasoline and a box of matches? :bored
