For what it's worth, the buyer called me earlier in the week and asked my opinion :lol :lol :lol

We all paced around the TV watching. It took off quick! Congratulations to the buyer.

That was just freaking awesome! Not necessarily the price but the cause, scene, Raj, etc.... Just perfect.

Can you out the buyer?

For what it's worth #2, we now have the first multi-GT owner. :biggrin

You bought it?

We had the family texting back and forth as it sold.!

Very cool. It looked awesome on that stage! Great for charity.

Who bought it?

A Ford fan for sure!

Not bad,

There was a lot of speculation onsite that Rick Hendrick would be the buyer… he buys a lot of charity cars at B-J, pays handsomely for them, he and Ray Evernham are quite close.

After all, this would be the only way Rick was going to get one (for at least two years), being such a staunch bow-tie guy.

High marks to Ray, Ron Pratte, Raj, and Chip Ganassi for being here to represent and support the sale of Ron's GT for a great cause.

I understand it's headed to Utah.

To sit next to Carroll Shelby’s #1 Blue Cobra? Great purchase for a wonderful cause!

Mind blowing for sure, incredible. I had questions on how Ron Pratte was actually involved. I'm sure it had to be a way to avoid any legal questions down the road. either way, that was very cool!
