" saved from a garbage can... Due to it's rarity, vehicle build it was a part of, and it's collectable nature, the opening bid price is only a whisper in my ear, if you wanna shout...it's gotta be huge "
Qué crickets...

Seems a bit pricey.

The bid should be what the cost of the expedited shipping is.....................

I just snuck a peek at my calendar. It's NOT April first.

For a moment there...

I think it will end-up back in the trash can.

its the internet, it brings out all the loonies...

I'm never surprised by anything I see at auction or on ebay, but this is the most over-reaching item I can recall in a while. Anything over fifty bucks is a win for this dude...

Gentlemen,

I tried to place a bid of $1.00. But it said the minimum bid was 75k. This lunatic is serious.

Chip

I do agree wholeheartedly with one part of the item description:

“...need to get myself back together...”

I think he should have opened the bidding at $74,999.95. That's a much better strategy.

Ok, which one of you nut jobs bid on the gauge? It's showing one bid. I'm surprised the eBay description didn't start off with "Dear Sir, I am a Nigerian Prince, and I desperately need your help for which you will be handsomely rewarded..."

Now that I look at it , it can't be Chip's attempt at one dollar... like many of the ebay auctions in the past, the OP will bid on his own item under a different name to increase the bid price, or in this case to not look like a total loon ...
This has to be the OP. :frown:

I figured if the Elvis - Bradford collection plates are any indicator, this baby’s going places!

I wonder if he is willing to discount the shipping?

if that gauge sells for that then CP-4 is worth $1,000,000.00 and sonic blue must be worth $5,000,000.00 !
